May 18th, 2012 Meeting Minutes
Present:
Richard G, Tim J, Sam E, Peter B

Notes:
- Sam prayed to open (we usually do but I don’t usually record it on the minutes)
- Large group next week
o Peter and Jonathon are meeting up today to talk about it
- This week’s large group
o Nice to see parts of video
o Very applicable
o Sam is awesome for filtering everything
o A little late but not long or tiresome
- Might be nice to have a ccf extension cord and ccf speakers
o Richard will buy them
- Fall retreat
o Week before thanksgiving
o Check to make sure it’s not on big interhouse
- Blue slip
o Went really well
o Grace would have liked to talk to
- Richard will contact people for praise and worship night
o LBF, KCCC, Newman Center, CCF
o June 9 or 10th
 Probably June 9th
- FBMII
o Went well, only slightly over
o Good to have mentors there
o Good discussion
o Sam kept everyone on track
- Richard will send out emails for nominations
- FBM III is May 26, in Luke’s apartment again
o Sam will talk about leadership in CCF
 Peter can add to that
- Richard will pay Sam
- Richard received money from Caltech for retreat reimbursement
