January 20th, 2012 Meeting Minutes
Present:

Notes:
- Notes from last week
o Praise and Prayer Night is March 2
o Third tem retreat is May 19
o Blue slip milkshakes are February 13
o Second term retreat is February 10-11
- Dig-in might be postponed to later in the term
o Unless Tim figures stuff out really soon, we should move it
o Move to February Feb 17-18 or 24-25
o Sam will talk to Tim
- Peter will talk to Robb about staying in contact with Skippy
- Peter’s small group was good
o Would like to have at least one Christian encouragement contact a day
- Sam’s small group went well, talked for a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long time
- Hunter and Richard went to Hunter’s small group
o Richard will talk to Hunter about finding when people are available
 Focusing on Ruddock
- Large group was excellent
o Discussion groups at large group?
- Nathan is returning to talk at large group next week
o Probably have him come early for dinner
