Notes:
Signed paper acknowledging John Jacob Skidmore's membership in CCF
Tom and Sam talked about keeping track of frosh
Have list of club fair sign-ups
Want to talk to each of them
Find out where they're living
Get upperclassmen to become involved, invite them to large group/other ccf events
Added Elizabeth Terlinden, Max De Jong to ccf-members mailing list
Get upperclassmen to take people to lunch
Robb wants to get initial headcount on retreat
About 6 weeks away
Skippy is afraid that four campsites won't be enough
Would be nice to know ahead
Also puts it on people's calendars
Richard has not made a list of all CCFers at tech
Closed Chase bank account
Opened CEFCU bank account, transferred money to it
Large group was good
Good, good
Interplay between churches and ministries was good
Large variety showed how God was working in different ways
Drop off in numbers to second week?
Not that much, a few upperclassmen and a few frosh
Next large group is “angry but not sinning”
Sam and Peter will give talk, they planned to meet again beforehand
Pastor James will be presenting at large group after that
Missionary in China
Topic will be “do we hear God's voice today?”
How much to budget for retreat?
300 for campsites
Around 300 for food – don't run out
Need to start finding cars
Richard can drive, and take a minuscule amount of stuff
Do alums have to pay?
Probably
Do undergrads have to pay?
Probably non-drivers
