- Important Notes
o Praise and Prayer Night is March 10
o Third term retreat is April 27
o Second term retreat is February 10-11
o Dig in is first weekend third term

- Praise and prayer night should probably be moved
o Skippy’s prayer night wasn’t this week so it will be next week
o Don’t want to conflict
o Could have it Saturday afternoon
- Make list of things to do
o Do we want a prayer component?
o How many people are playing?
 Piano in avery piano room?
o Pick songs ahead of time?
 Project lyrics
 Cathy can make slides for songs
o Practice ahead of time
o Food?
- Stephen sent updated alum list to Richard
o Richard will recompile
- Mary Beth volunteered to help Richard update website
- Richard will meet with Mary Beth about website
- Ask Robb if he has a SURF
- Is the procedure by which we decided at the last meeting the best way to do things going forward?
o Should just council vote
o Add a vote during FBM that this is the council we want
o Could add additional council members
- Proposal to formalize mentor position in CCF
o Call people out to be mentors
o Help disciple upper-classmen
o Formalize Skippy’s mentorship
- Establish alumni fund to raise money when needed
o Help with retreats or extra costs
