Richard sent reimbursement paperwork to Denise
Peter will talk with Robb about retreat
camp oakes for spring retreat - 20th anniversary
don't schedule during conflict midterms
Three more Parkers for fall retreat – will bring tent
Need to reserve camping supplies this week
two tarps
coleman stove (also need more stoves from somewhere)
extra sleeping bags
Figure out cars/drivers
Robb should probably communicate with Skippy about rags
Peter will host lunch on Monday Nov 20 that explains rags
Robb should remind people to sign up
Peter and Sam need to TALK
Sam emailed Oasis pastor about leading large group this term
Large group topics include (only three large groups left)
fundamentals, not fundamentalist
